I made alcohol on accident. Left a reusable bottle in the back of my car for a week that had a tiny bit of Arizona in it. The bacteria from my mouth used the sugar and lack of oxygen from the air tight bottle and fermented into alcohol. I could tell because I smelled the the bottle and it had that beery starchy smell. Learned about all this shit in bio recently and one of our labs is to make wine and were waiting for it to ferment. 2legit2quit. Stan got nothin on my me. Should have tried to save it and have angel taste the residue.
