I heard the car crash was staged and bam's mom played a large part in the prank by telling the local news about it. I heard it was something being filmed for a new jackass movie.

They even quoted ryan as saying he thought the whole thing was funny and he wasn't sorry about it.

i guess my question is, is it worth it to spend thousands of dollars on something that disintegrates by simply driving it to the store? i could understand if it were being raced. do with it what you want, but do you REALLY think its worth it to throw money out on something so comical? the whole reason the cheap jap econobox trend emerged because deep down we all wish we could afford a real race car, but settled for something that is cheap and fun to race.
the whole civic trend came about because they are easy to make fast, not sitting on the ground.

in the end though it is your money and your choice, doesnt mean everyone is gonna agree with you.

lol i could understand that if my car has loads of money dumped into it but i'm only 1,500 deep if even that plus it's too old to take to the track. but i do see where you are coming from.
i guess my car is only good at being low and the occasional street drifting.

why is it no good for the track? its rear wheel drive, its cheap, just say fuck it. my shit is old as hell too, doing things like the bushings make it feel like a new car.
