i just changed out all of my old intake couplers and went with t-bolt clamps. the cheapest delivery option from Colorado to Florida only took like 3 or 4 days.

Yea i'll have $45 in t-bolt clamps alone......

Got pulled over the other night in my girlfriend's miata doing 60 in a 40. First thing he said is that it was too low and I should make sure the headlights are 24" up. I measured when I got home and it was 26" from the ground. Wooo! And I got let off without a ticket.

It feels good to be low but the subframe of the rust bucket is developing holes in it
i can't even put a jack under the sub frame anymore.

some douche was tailgating me (in the center lane) tonight so i sped up for a bump on a bridge and shot sparks all over him. he slowed down and got over haha.

Picked up a fender, trunk lid, rear bumper, and a light cover for my miata today. All for only $100! They are even the same color as my car. Only the trunk lid needs reprinted because the paint is almost completely chipped off.

The guy I bought them from was super nice. He picked up a frontend wrecked miata WITH a hardtop for only $800 from the original owner.


Wish I would have beat him to that Craigslist ad.

last night driving back from the beach jon, kfed, kae, will, and i took lucas valley road. it was so good! we need to tear it up some night. i'm amazed that i got us to 101 without any map or directions. only made one wrong turn

We ended up taking Novato Blvd instead of that one road that the Bimmer almost got hit at. It was SO much better.

I'm amazed by how much nicer it was, and I feel like it was quicker as well. Like ridiculously quicker.

^yeah. now that i think about it, it feels like i just floated home. only one or two bad bumps.

And it engaged us more with all the twists and turns which actually made the drive fun, and it woke me up. I was about to drive into the rock walls.

hopefully leaving tomorrow for a month and a half of big $$ work. when i get home hopefully i can convert my green coupe to awesome status. i was bored so i used my crazy paintshop skills to give me some inspiration
