I may or may not have acquired an awesome upgrade to my car. Said upgrade will most likely prevent me from being able to afford more upgrades this year.

I won't know for sure until I get a shipping confirmation from the site. I should know hopefully by tomorrow. The upgrade that I purchased had "1 Set in Stock. Ready for immediate shipment". Even after I made the purchase it still says "1 Set in Stock. Ready for immediate shipment"

I really hope that I got it before anyone else did. The price was right, I just had to do it. :fingers crossed:

I did not acquire said awesome upgrade I found a set of used Gunmetal TE37's with no curb rash for $1500 and unfortunately the website sucked so bad that it didn't reflect that they had been sold out for a while. Sad Panda.

pay the reg fee now, smog it when it's ready since that's what costs you and then go get your sticker when you get your smog handled. at least you won't pay any late reg penalties and won't waste money on the non-op fee that way.

it's what I did with the brick for this year. the state wants their reg money since they only get the 8.25 for the smog cert. if you don't have the car done when reg is due you can pay the reg fee but don't have to have the smog done that day, you can do it later and get the sticker when you do, no penalties.
