Thoughts of the day:
My CV kit is here. Repair after class, or tomorrow. Found out my inner boot is torn on the drivers side, and I only ordered an outer kit for the pass. side. We'll see if that fixes the problem then I can get to fixing the rest of my creaky noises.

Parents just don't understand. They complain when I ask to borrow money, and when I want to spend my own money they get pissed.

Because my new tension rod just came in today and I need to go get my studs replaced still, I can't break the bolts on the back of the hub for some reason. How did you get them good sir?

i had a special tool, its called a will cotter. its super rare and i have the only one state side.

id say come over and we can use my air ratchet but you are too farrrr soo what id do is soak it in pedo blaster (aka pb blaser) and then find a 1/2 inch extension thats not too long about 6inches in lengf' and attach a breaker bar and use your legs to break it. its in a tricky spot soo you have to really put your back into it, the proper way is to remove the whole knuckle but i say fuck that and just do it the way i did it. also push the axel as far back as possible so you have more room.


btw why you removing the hubs? are you going five lug?!

I'm removing my rear hub so I can replace studs. They are pretty much snapped off at that base. I miss driving.

and just hammer them out zach, you dnt have to remove the hub. its easy as pie soak the stud and take a flat head and hammer it out.
