well i got to thinking and speaking with william today and said that we should have a meet for the forum and a chance to get some people together and hang out/eat some food. we discussed where we could possibly do it since locations here arent really car friendly.

locations we came up with are:

sears parking lot next to the habit
gelsons market parking lot


first is perfect since its low car friendly and theres food right there and gas station next to it but since sbracecar forum does there meet there i would have this meet on thursday from 7ish till whenever.

gelson's market parking lot is nice and is low car friendly also theres pleanty of room for cars to park and we would have this one every tuesday from 7 till whenever. the only problem i have with that location is that theres no food place near by and no gas station.

i added a new location, the magnolia shopping center where woodys bbq is. theres food there and the drive way is nice for lowered or slammed cars also no speedbumps and its well lit. btw theres a gas station on the other side of the street.

what do you guys think? would you guys be interested in a meet?

lets get some feedback and ill set it up.

Any ideas/suggestions will be considered.

suggestion: the shorline cafe across the street from cc beach parking? but i dunno wat time they are open til. and i think the parking lot on the beach is free, no ticket needed

Too bad we can't have a meet for everyone. Unless, of course, someone wants to cover a 2-way plane ticket over the weekend for me.

What about that one little shopping center on the mesa were Albertsons is. Dont really know if its low car friendly, we;d have to check...but theres lots of food there (McDonalds, Taco bell, fosters freeze etc.) I guess one would also have to look into how much traffic goes through there later in the evening.

that place has speed bumps and ive been beached az on their drive ways before and had to push my self off

We could meet by the CJ's in calle real, i think theres a few other food options near there too.

well there's el pollo loco, china city, denny's, KFC, luigi's, Outback, plenty of places to eat, just need to decide which area of calle real as the best parking and has no speedbumps.

its in consideration, i still have to go do some driving around to see what spots are best.
