I drive a 1986 Toyota Cressida, I picked it up 1 year ago and shortly after buying it the stock 5m started to smoke like a chimney. Closer inspection, dead piston rings. Fuuuck that, so after collecting dust for the last 8 months, I'm in the initial stages of securing a new twin-turbo heart, and am totally open to any experience/feedback on the 1jz/r154 to mx73 cressida's.
With the cressida on the back burner, my DD is a 2001 Honda CBR929RR motorcycle. It was pretty rough when I got it, didn't run, busted missing body fairings, no brakes, so while the cressida rots it's gotten the love it deserves. Winters here in BC are wet and cold, but no snow!!
