ok so im in the process of changing my subframe bushes to solid mounts
now what is the easiest way to remove these fudgers
any tips or tricks to removing them if not ima go out and buy a blow torch and burn them out

also boobs in advance as a thank you

Fire is always the answer

burn the bushing off.
make a cut in the metal sleeve that the rubber is attached to but dont cut through the subframe itself
there is a little lip you can pry up and use to help finish pulling out the sleeve

made heaps of progress today
sleept in
went and bought a new blow torch (chick at the counter gave me a weird look when i told her im gonna burn some bushes lol)
got some asian food
went to work
came home and now its to dark to be burning stuff

tomorrow it will be done

its not as hard as some people make it out to be
