Stopped by the machine shop today to check progress on the extended shifter and it looks like we are on target for Fridays deadline.

I have good and bad news. Good news I got extended shifters. Bad news is they were off by 2 inches. It was a miscommunication with the machine shop. The total length of the shifter that was made was 4 inches which gave it about a 2 3/4" height increase with the Techno Toy Tuning shift knob and about 2" increase without the shift knob.

I sold 5-6 yesterday to local Roadsters and they preferred this size over the longer extender. I am still planning to run the other ones.

i kinda want one of the stubbie extenders now. how many of these were made? i keep imagining it in my miata's interior with the razo knob i have perched on top.
