So I've been looking into getting a sticker printer cause I wanna be ables to make my own and I know theres some peoples here who have them and I was curious whered you get yours from and how much are they

I know for printed signs, my sponsor has a gigantic printer/cutter that he bought for $19k, and his other cutter was like $3k.

I'm guessing you can get it for cheaper though.

If you aren't trying to do a big business, there are plotters that can be had for sub-$1,000

check craigslist, I know there's like 20 here for sale, and a couple sub-$500

The vinyl/print industry is big money.
We run hundred thousand dollar printers that print on 16' x 18' boards and much more.

If your looking to do small conventional type stuff like I do at home look for a simple plotter on ebay. A good one that will register crop marks (used for making back trims) can be had for roughly $1000

Be prepared however to spend A LOT of time/money on supplies.
Most companies won't sell by yard unless you know them personally.

A lot of the time, even for me, I have to buy in bulk.
