Honda's are easy to make low. Get some Function and Form Type-1's (avg price ~$600) I've seen some sell on NWP4LIFE.com for about $400 shipped used.

i think raceland/rokkor tuning has honda stuff. does the job. gets low, rides decent, doesnt blow out. my passat is on rokkors which were 289 shipped with a 2 year warranty and ride great. i think all of the slamburglars can back me up.
