you hit it right on the head, photosuckit. i would just go upload my pictures to my flikr, but my hard drive took a dump on my comp, and all of the dope miata's ive saved over the past 1~year or so are GONE.

ive started to like NB's more and more, but i love flip ups! i came from 3 240sx (coupe, hatch, and vert) {all while i was 16} and idk, NC's just dont do it for me, while nate does have a proper nc, its the front end and the bloated look that kill it for me

So i figured id just post some of the progress my miata has gone through in the first year of my ownership.

it started out as a fairly clean 1990 mariner blue miata. I have not touched the suspension, motor, or interior, it has all been done by the previous owners.

So far ive added a Garage Vary front lip, Sportmax002 15x8 +0 with shitty street tires, and my uber sweet jdm domo guy.

Next on the list is a beefier clutch, because this one is about ready to go. after that, ive been shopping around for coil overs and im pretty sure im going to pick up some fortunes, or order something through sage auto.

after thats done, im going to source a spare motor, and just rebuild that to oem spec.







those pictures are from the first 2 days i had the car.

after i believe a week, i had the car out in pungo auto-xing, i did respectable, taking second in my class, vs kriswith@k, who took first




after about 9 months i picked up the wheels with toyo proxies (for sale btw)




















and this is how the ol slut looks now, faded paint needing a much needed waxing, and a good drop to set it off.

the last picture is not me, but my buddy shawn, he used to have a NA, but he sold it. i hate him now.

its slowly gotten lower and lower, just from the wear on the shocks/springs, its how it came, and i just havent gotten around to buying coilovers, i have the money, but not the time, i work 60-70 weeks.

alot of my car friends post on 240sx forums, so i wouldnt be suprised if they posted it, ive only posted it on miata.net and vadriven. and yes, i want it lower, it will come with time

the man, the ledgend, duuuurty hairy! haha but on my local forum, your car is always admired, and while i would like to to dump the miata as low as yours, va, well virginia beach has horrible roads, and the high ways have mini mountains on them, so ill get low here soon, seeings how i finially took a second job with my buddy who owns a shop, so coils and wheels are on the way soon. also, i hate you for getting the same ssr's ive had my eye on forever. i hate every miata owner who get's ssr's. ill trade the hard top+ spoiler, for your coils and wheels, meet you half way?

jk, but i really am getting coils and prolly some low offset ssr's mk1's or 2's, seeings how i will be getting them at cost
