Looks/Sounds like a vacuum leak, and/or a dirty maf.

But what do I know.

Probably a ton more than I do... I presume dish soap method is best way to find vac leak?

vacuum leak would just suck the soap in, not make bubbles haha

spray carb cleaner/ether/starting fluid over vacuum ports/over vacuum lines, etc. be careful not to spray it on the exhaust or anything lol

if the idle races up a couple hundred rpm when you spray something, that's your vacuum leak.

Sounds like an iac is sticking, tap it to un stick it cuz all the carbon build up makes shit get stuck. Then if it isn't that follow all the emissions stuff n tap solenoids.

Its really hard to help people when you are not there to actaully there to diagnose it.

Now it does have a coolant leak out the bottom of the water pump... which i can never seem to fix properly.. but i was wondering if that would be a factor as well?

coolant leak is your worst enemy, actually i lied. any leaks lol

but yea use brake cleaner to spray on the hoses, to find your culprit.

Easiest would be a smoke tester but you prolly don't have the equipment. Hopefully you figure it out
