so its a 95 b4 passat wagon. i have owned it for over a year but just got it on the street and plan on making it my daily/ parts hauler. i eventually want to take the motor/trans out of my gti again and rebuild it. any way, back to wheels. thinking of 17s so i can look low yet have decent fitment and ground clearance. possibly oem wheels. VW, audi, bmw, whatever. would have to be decent offsets if i have to adapt...just looking for some ideas for it.
![]() i know its a little pic and i already posed it....but meh^^^ -------------------- there will always be somebody with a cooler car than you...just dont park next to that person

if you see any cheap 17s let me know. all the saw blades on vortex are fully polished or powder coated and expensive. some bmw or audi wheels would be cool too. or the best would be VW though because i wont need adapters. and the car looks good with enough wheel well gap to daily and haul people and stuff

They're in the 50s, I believe. thats not bad. adapters are generally what 30mm and my schmidts are et15 and geoffs keskins are et25. but what about the rears being 18s? -------------------- there will always be somebody with a cooler car than you...just dont park next to that person

20 lbs, 17x8.5, 58mm offset, front;
23 lbs, 18x9.5, 65mm offset, rear; They might look goofy being that big, but If you hate them, they look cool on MK4 Jettas. Maybe golfs, too, but I kinda doubt it. -------------------- |

These guys used 33mm front adapters, 40mm rear adapters. I'm not sure how that would sit on a passat, though.
